What are the Costs?
If you would like to Sponsor (Advertise on) REindex.com pages, here are the costs.
 
Banner sponsors: Your banner link from the top of any town page on REindex.com is only $100/year.
Your banner would replace existing Goo gle ads at the top of the pages.
No click through traffic limits, no budget worries.
We will place a graphic that points to the page of your choice* at the top of any REindex page you choose.
You may store the graphic on our server or on your's. Storing it on your site allows you to change it periodically without delay.
(Ask us if you don't understand, this is explained easily in conversation.)
 
Local sponsors: a 125 x 125 box link from any town on REindex.com is only $7/year.
No click through traffic limits, no budget worries.
We will place a 125 x 125 graphic that points to the page of your choice from any REindex page(s) you choose REindex.com.
You may store the graphic on our server or on your's. Storing it on your site allows you to change it periodically without delay.
(Ask us if you don't understand, this is explained easily in conversation.)
 
When will my link be active on REindex.com?
Your link can be active within a few hours if you have the graphic available and pay by PayPal.
If we need to create the graphic and get you to approve it and then place it, it may take a few days. It depends on how fast you respond to our emails.
If you have to have your graphic made by someone else, we don't know how long that will take.
 
How long does the link stay on REindex.com? 
The link will stay on REindex.com for one calendar year from the date of receipt of funds from you through Paypal. We will put the link up before we require funds.
It will be our goal to make sure you get enough valid traffic, so you can easily choose to renew your ad for another 12 months.
 
What is a 125 x 125 graphic?
Here is an example of what a 125 x 125 graphic is.
When you click the box, you go directly to the advertiser's site.

Are there any set up fees?
No, just tell us where to link to your graphic, or,
We can design a 125 x 125 Box, or a Banner for you once.
It will be a simple box or banner, and we may charge you a fee to make any changes once it is in place on REindex.com pages.
We will try to use text and pics/logos from your existing site to make your box or banner.
(We made the sample one above in about 1 minute. If you want to make your own, we can send you directions.)
 
In each case, REindex.com reserves the right to reject any advertising and/or links that it deems to be outside the interests of the users of REindex.com, The Site Engine®.
 
Payment can be made by credit card, check, and the fastest way is through PayPal. ( heath@reindex.com )

Our Agreement would be as follows:
REindex below refers to REindex.com, LLC., AKA REindex.com, The Site Engine® REindex.com, LLC. FID# 562629869
The website ( Site Representative's Name ) represents is: ( Site URL Here ) which is owned and operated by ( Site Owner's Name Here )
Funds mentioned in this agreement are in United States Dollars.
1. "Advertiser" will provide an original graphic "about Advertiser, and/or Advertiser's business," that does not contain copywrited material, for display on one or more web pages on REindex.com.
2. "Advertiser" shall choose the REindex pages it wishes to have its graphic displayed on at a cost of $7/per town page/per year.
3. REindex will link to the graphic from the chosen pages of REindex, per the internet address "Advertiser" provides for linking.
4. The link shall be made active from REindex, by REindex, within 48 hours of receipt of the correct internet address by email and upon receipt of funds through PayPal.
5. The link from the REindex page(s) to "Advertiser" will be active on the selected REindex pages for one calendar year from the date of receipt of funds from "Advertiser" through Paypal. REindex will maintain its site to be available to Internet surfers within normal and customary website availibility practices, and shall not be held liable or responsible for normal and/or intermittent down times due to maintenance and/or technical issues.
6. REindex does not warrant nor guarantee that any link will produce any business activity, produce any clicks on graphics, or increase any internet traffic or business to any web site, company, or individual.
7. If the web site, web pages, and/or web content that REindex links to in the address provided by "Advertiser", and/or the content in the graphic is not "Advertiser's business," REindex can at its sole discretion terminate the link(s) without recourse.
8. REindex.com may at its discretion, terminate this agreement at anytime without recourse, with written notice by email and a return of funds equal to the value of this agreement in US dollars, divided by 365, multiplied by the days remaining in the calendar year of this agreement from the date of termination.
(example $70/365 = $0.19 x 1 day = $0.19)
9. Any liability resulting from the placement of content supplied by "Advertiser", and/or resulting from links on REindex.com to "Advertiser", is limited to the value of this advertising agreement only, and the owners of retirement-one.com shall defend REindex, its owners, associates, members, employees, representatives, and hold REindex harmless for any liability caused as a result of actions by retirement-one.com, its associates, members, employees, representatives, owners and the like.
10. This agreement shall be understood to be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of MA, and any part of the agreement deemed to be un-enforceable shall not affect the other parts of this agreement. If this is acceptable, please choose your towns, create and send us your graphic address, and deliver the appropriate funds through PayPal.
