Real Estate Agents Site Traffic Free Links

According to the Internet Archive (http://www.archive.org), there are currently 85 billion web
pages on the Internet. WOW! If you are a real estate agent trying to find ways to get traffic to
your site, here are a some of the things we've used, or are using, to generate traffic to
REindex.com, The Site Enginesm.

Fourth suggestion:

Stop feeding your listings to your competitors. They may not be competing with you for sales,
but they are at least competing with you for search engine results content you are giving them.

Some MLSs are stopping their feeds to sites that display listings but don't sell real estate. One
comment that has been made is that MLS is supposed to be for brokers and agents, but is not
intended to be a marketing entity. Many MLS members across the country are baffled at the
continued dumping of valuable data collected by the effort of members.

For a listing agent or broker, listings are the “store’s” inventory - they are the reason for people
to contact an agent or a company. In the past few years, the lead generation companies have
pushed the idea that every company’s inventory needs to be in their store or listings won’t sell.
In fact, if other companies’ listings aren’t in their store, they may not have a business.

(REindex links to only web sites, and does not, nor will, not use listings. REindex is like the
main street for real estate companies in any town. If you list there, we make your front door
available to consumers. You control your listing contacts. See our humorous YouTube Video.)
