Seventh suggestion: Write articles. In those articles mention your web site. Some online article libraries will allow you to embed your link in the text. Write for papers, for magazines, for other web sites to add content - as long as they credit you and your site. Some will use your articles and some won’t. When one is used, you ahead of the agent that didn’t try. Keep writing. Write about economics, loans, windows, lawn care, good deals, tough deals, successes, new listings, Finally, if you have something that has worked for you and you are willing to share it, let us know and we'll credit you in a future article with a link.
