2. What we collect
We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails for a classified advertisement.
Classified ads contain contact information that is being made public, such as name(s), phone/fax number(s), and address.
REindex.com does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to PayPal, and we have chosen them because of their security.
We may collect personal information if you provide it in feedback or comments by email or phone, or if it is in our classifieds. Please do not post any personal information on REindex.com that you expect to be private.
Our site logs collect standard sitelog entries for each page viewed, including IP address, page viewed (URL), timestamp, type of browser, etc.
3. What we store
All classified postings are stored for a length of time of our choosing. We may have a record of an old ad, and we may not. Old ads are of no use, usually.

Classified advertisers can update their ad information by send and email.
Although we make good faith efforts to store any information we receive in a secure way and place, we cannot guarantee complete security.
4. Archiving and display of REindex.com pages and/or ads by search engines and other websites.
Search engines and other sites not affiliated with REindex.com sometimes archive the webpages they find. We can't control or influence this.
5. Circumstances in which REindex.com might release information it has.
If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or another legal process, REindex.com may disclose the required information it may have about a user(s).
REindex.com may also disclose information about its users to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
